Empowering youth ages 10–18 with financial literacy, entrepreneurship, AI, and life skills to succeed academically and personally.

Our Mission

JOY (Just Our Youth) Making a Difference exists to help families break the generational cycle of poverty by preparing children for long-term success. We empower youth ages 10–18 with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to thrive academically, socially, and personally. Through hands-on programs in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, AI learning, and life skills, we ensure every child builds a strong foundation for the future. Our approach connects learning directly to real-world experiences, helping young people become independent, responsible, and ready to lead in their communities.

Transforming Lives Since 2015

JOY (Just Our Youth) Making a Difference

JOY began at Paulsboro High School and Loudenslager Elementary as a small STEM and career exploration program, designed to give students hands-on opportunities to discover their talents and explore future careers. Over the years, it has grown into a comprehensive movement across New Jersey, providing youth with the tools, guidance, and support they need to succeed academically, develop socially, and grow personally. Today, JOY prepares young people to navigate real-world challenges, build confidence, and unlock their full potential, creating a foundation for lifelong success.
