JOY (Just Our Youth) Making A Difference

Helping Families Break Poverty Cycles

Empowering youth ages 10–18 with financial literacy, entrepreneurship, AI, and life skills to succeed academically and personally.

Our Mission

JOY (Just Our Youth) Making a Difference exists to help families break the generational cycle of poverty by preparing children for long-term success. We empower youth ages 10–18 with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to thrive academically, socially, and personally. Through hands-on programs in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, AI learning, and life skills, we ensure every child builds a strong foundation for the future.

JOY began at Paulsboro High School and Loudenslager Elementary as a small STEM and career exploration program. Over the years, it has grown into a comprehensive movement across New Jersey, providing youth with the tools, guidance, and support they need to succeed academically, develop socially, and grow personally.
